We offer a range of shipping services – a free shipping service so that you may benefit from maximum savings and three faster shipping services (charges apply) for time sensitive orders.
For orders of $100 or more, shipping will be upgraded to EMS Express free of charge.
I need it faster, how much will it cost?
The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the package. You can find out quickly and exactly how much it will cost by adding the product(s) to the shopping cart and then on the view cart page click "Calculate Shipping" located on the right underneath the total amount.
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
Our handling time, i.e. the time it takes us to prepare and ship out an order, varies according to the product. Please consult the product description page for handling times.
All shipping options are registered and trackable airmail services. As soon as your order has been shipped an automatic shipping confirmation receipt with the tracking number(s) will be emailed to you. Please note, a signature will be required upon receipt of the package.

Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes, China, Vietnam, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Nigeria and Ghana.
FedEx packages are guaranteed to arrive on time, packages delivered late will eligible for a full shipping refund (This guarantee does not include delays due to customs or weather).
Best practice - package recipient contact number
We strongly advise customers to provide a contact phone number for the package; packages without a contact number for the recipient risk being delayed at customs. In the event customs requires a contact number for the recipient, but none has been given customs will usually hold the package for up to 5 business days. If after 5 business days customs have still not received a contact number for the recipient then the package will be rejected and returned.
If you are a company then we recommend you also provide your Tax ID number / VAT number as this is sometimes requested by customs.
