We offer a range of shipping services – free economy shipping so that you may benefit from maximum savings and two faster shipping services (charges apply) for time sensitive orders.
For orders of $100 or more, shipping will be upgraded from economy shipping to standard shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time + transit time = delivery time
The processing time plus the transit time is the total time it will take to receive your order. The processing time depends on the item ordered (this is stated on the item description page). The transit time depends on which shipping service you choose – economy, standard or premium (see the table below). Please note, all stated processing and transit times are in business days (not including Saturdays or Sundays).
What is the processing time?
The processing time is the length of time between when an item is ordered and when it is dispatched. In other words it's how quickly we can assemble and prepare the item for dispatch. The processing time varies according to the product ordered. Please consult the product description page for the processing time. If an order contains items with different processing times, then the timing will be based on the slowest processing time.
How much will it cost?
The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the items. You can find out exactly how much it will cost by adding the product(s) to the shopping cart and then on the view cart page click 'Calculate Shipping Cost' located on the right underneath the total amount.
Please note, a signature will be required upon receipt of the package. As packages will need to be signed for the courier will not be able to leave it out on the door step or with a neighbour. If no-one is available to sign for the package when delivery is attempted typically the courier will leave a note for you to contact and arrange a re-delivery or pick up from your local post office.
Order and Shipping Confirmation
Shortly after placing an order you'll receive an email confirmaing we've received your order. When your order has been shipped you will receive a second confirmation email to let you know your order is on it's way. If you do not receive the confirmation emails please first check the email address you provided was correct and your spam/junk mail incase it was filtered there by mistake.

For free economy shipping online tracking may be limited or not available. For packages that can be tracked online the tracking number will be emailed to you when the order has been dispatched. For packages that can't be tracked online please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then contact the courier on your behalf for a delivery update.

Please note, we do not ship to or accept payment from PO boxes, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Nigeria and Ghana.
Premium shipping is guaranteed to arrive on time, packages delivered late will eligible for a full shipping refund (this guarantee does not include delays due to customs or weather).
Best Practice - package contact number
We strongly advise customers to provide a contact phone number when placing an order; packages without a contact number for the recipient risk being delayed. This is especially important for those customers who are importing; in the event customs is unable to contact the package recipient they will usually hold the package for up to 5 business days. If after 5 working days customs are unable to contact the recipient then the package will be rejected and returned to sender.
For customers who are importing for business use we recommend you also provide your Tax ID number / VAT number to ensure faster processing through customs.
